Custom made Kitchen Knives

I've been making high performance handmade kitchen knives for ten years. During that time I studied all different types of steels, and compared different custom kitchen knife designs before I settled on this tool steel ( 52100) and these designs. I believe I offer the most comfortable and efficient designs on the market, as well as offering superior sharpness and edge holding. The secret is in the steel and the extensive heat treatment each piece has to go through. Every piece is heat treated by me one at a time in a seven step process which takes over six hours to complete. 52100 has the ability to accept the finest edge of any on the market as well as being really easy to resharpen. The key thing about this steel is that it has the ability to achieve a finer grain structure than any other steel and hence a super sharp edge. One thing to keep in mind is this is NOT a stainless steel knife so it will require a bit more care than your average stainless steel knife. The main thing is to keep the knife clean and dry, a small price to pay for a keener edge and superior edge retention. I'm so confident that this will be the best knife you've ever used that if you don't like it after you've used it I'll buy it back from you.
