3.5 Paring knife
Here is my line of custom made kitchen knives . The default wood is Cocobolo,
this a Rosewood which comes from the equatorial zones. This wood is rich in oils
and is hard with an interwoven grain all good reasons to be used on a kitchen
knife. I can use plastic for the handles which of course is very
stable but I love the feel of wood and the way it ages. It's a real thing that
changes with time just like us. So if you have some feelings about something different
on the handles, call and I'm happy to kick it around with you.
