We received far more cutting board orders than expected, so the wait time is over a year as of this morning.

These boards are the highest quality and take time to craft by hand. The builder works solo with many years of experience making cutting boards. Rushing the process would compromise the quality, which is part of the beauty of these boards.

We appreciate the extraordinary interest and your patience. We're happy to fill the orders, please be aware that it will be over a year at this point to fulfill the orders.

We had an exceptional auction. We are extremely flattered and humbled by the overwhelming interest.

Thanks to those who participated, we were able to donate $5,120 to Heifer International. We chose to give cows, water buffalo, chicks, goats, sheep and tree seedlings. This provides families with multiplying sources of food and income, empowering them to go from hunger and poverty to self-reliance.

Thanks for your interest and continued support.

There are a few videos posted on youtube.com that we're excited about. 'The Fire Inside' is our favorite--it was made here at the shop and put to The Black Keys music.

Also, below are links to videos that have step-by-step knife care instructions.

New: Bob Kramer Carbon Collection

Kramer Knives is happy to announce the new Bob Kramer Carbon Collection by Zwilling.

In conjunction with Zwilling J.A. Henckels and Sur La Table, we are excited to introduce a new carbon steel line that provides you the opportunity to have a similar experience of my straight carbon custom knives, at an affordable price and without the wait.

My goal, as always, is to make the best kitchen tools possible. The demand for my custom work has increased over the last few years to a level that far exceeds my production capabilities. In my search for a partner who could accurately produce my designs in carbon steel, I found Zwilling J.A. Henckels. Before stainless steel captured the market in the 60's, Zwilling had a strong 200 year history and tradition of building quality carbon steel knives. Zwilling and I are proud to bring Carbon knives back to the market and better than ever.

The Kramer Carbon Collection by Zwilling will combine old school approach with first class carbon steel, state of the art heat treatment, and precision manufacturing. The blades are made of 52100—which is the same as my custom straight carbon knives. My design combined with Zwilling’s almost 300 years of production and state of the art technology has resulted in an 'old meets new' manufactured line without compare.
